I have been working in professional industries since 1998 and have experienced a wide range of businesses from giants like BAE Systems to much much smaller companies offering fantastic services but trying to compete with the much larger competition.


I am an operational MD who has grown up through the engineering ranks from coding and building to project management and ultimately leadership and MD roles.

JCP Business was started after a process of selling MCSA Group, where I was Managing Director.  I wanted to use my experience and skills to get hands on with smaller business where I feel I can make a difference.  


There is so much IT out there now and companies can spend a fortune on things that just simply do not add value or profit to the business.  So many times a business owner can  loose their patience with IT and side-line it rather than embrace it, which in my experience is down to understanding the difference between the IT crowd who can look after a laptop with the skills and expertise needed to truly understand what IT can deliver for the business as  a whole.


JCP Business understands the flow of information around a business, the people and the goals and then designs, implements and supports the Business through the changes required.


It might just be using Word and Excel properly or it might mean implementing an app that allows your staff to capture data directly in field.  There is a technology out there that will suit and most of the time it is not as expensive as you may think.
